Mike Moore: A View from the Top

Former PM Mike Moore speaks to the Independent about his latest publication, A World Without Walls. The book deals with his experiences as director-general of the WTO; his greatest challenges, mistakes, and success stories, from Seattle forward. Moore’s time at the helm brought the organisation to the attention of the mainstream media. Says Moore; “Trade policy used to be really, really boring – it is still is, in a way, but now it’s becoming democratised.”
