Samosas Fit For a Queen

New Zealand chef Anna Hansen, owner of London’s The Modern Pantry, was one of “six food-and-drink creatives” invited by The Independent “to dazzle [the publication]” with a commemorative Queen’s Diamond Jubilee offering. Hansen cooked Coronation Chicken Samosas, which she said reflect her style of cooking while celebrating the diversity of modern British culture. “It would be lovely served at any street party,” Hansen added.
