Csokas Plays Russian Mafia Villain in The Equalizer

Invercargill-born actor Marton Csokas, 46, has been busy of late playing Dr Kafka in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and, before that, working on both Darren Aronofsky’s Noah and Sin City sequel A Dame To Kill For as Damien Lord. Now he will play “a brutal fixer” in The Equalizer opposite Denzel Washington. Antoine Fuqua is hoisting the megaphone for the movie, which is set to kick off shooting this summer in Boston. Csokas lives in Los Angeles.
