Chef Peter Gordon Talks NZ Lamb

New Zealand lamb took center-stage in The Independent’s ‘food and drink’ section recently. Kiwi chef Peter Gordon featured, with a video on cooking lamb fajitas. ‘Since the first delivery in 1882, New Zealand Lamb has been a firm kitchen favourite. It’s high in B vitamins, zinc and iron and full of protein – and totally delicious’ said The Independent. The newspaper also ran a link enabling readers to get various New Zealand lamb recipes, including many by Peter Gordon.
