No talk, just sex

Intimacy is a smouldering film about a man who is living in a basement in south London who has a sex affair with a woman at his place every Wednesday afternoon. They don’t talk, they only have sex. Based on the semi autobiographical novel by Hanif Kureishi, directed by Patrice Chereau, starring Peter Cullen and former Wellington actress Kerry Fox (Shallow GraveWelcome to Sarajevo). Critics say Intimacy has the best sex on screen since Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie met in Don’t Look Now in 1973.
