Stunning Pictures Capture Best Aerial Views of NZ

“Airplane passengers have taken to social media to share some of the country’s most spectacular images from up in the air,” writes Alisha Buaya in an article for The Daily Mail.

Close to 16,000 images have been shared by travelers keen to show off their photography skills and filter editing prowess.

The shots range from photos of “snow-capped mountains to clouds in the sunset that almost look like cotton-candy and aerial views Queenstown and Wellington”.

New Zealand’s national carrier Air New Zealand is encouraging passengers to share their best shots on social media of the land of the long white cloud using the hashtag #AirNZshareme.
