Spectacular David Howell creation is “the best furnished in New York City”

A spectacular apartment designed by NZ-born, New York-based architect David Howell and his team at DHD Architecture + Interior Design has been featured on Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing New York. The 4,116 square foot condominium is at One57 on West 57th St – a Central Park South location known as ‘Billionaire’s Row.’ Along with panoramic views of Central Park and the iconic Manhattan skyline, the show highlights the three-bedroom residence’s four-million-dollar interior upgrade delivered by DHD.

From the Venetian plaster and custom bronze paneling in the Grand Salon, through to the state-of-the-art kitchen fit out, and the master bedroom with its custom white oak paneled walk-in dressing room and marble-floored ensuite, every aspect of this design is of exceptional quality, with the property being described on the show as “the best furnished rental in New York City right now.” The monthly rental is US$69,500.

Originally from Havelock North and a graduate of Auckland University’s School of Architecture, David Howell founded DHD Architecture + Interior Design in New York in 1995 and today operates the firm from a spacious office in Union Square with his wife and business partner Steffani Aarons. Their designs grace New York’s most prestigious towers, including One Madison and Walker Tower in addition to One57, as well as beach and country homes in the Hamptons, upstate New York, Utah, Newport Beach, Chicago, and Mexico.
