Mike Campbell Scores Top Spot in Men’s Health Man Comp

Sydney-based personal trainer, New Zealander Mike Campbell, 33, has been named in the top six of Australian Men’s Health magazine’s Man competition.

The competition calls for blokes who are in top shape and the best they can be in all aspects of life – work, style, relationships, fitness and health.

Campbell, who is 178cm, 82kg and has lived in Australia for six years, said he entered the competition after a push from his partner of three years, Nardia.

“She is definitely my biggest fan,” Campbell said.

To make it through to the competition’s top six, Campbell had to endure two days of challenges, events and photo shoots.

“The photo shoot at the beach was great, and a good opportunity to get to know the other guys. They are a really great bunch of blokes,” he said. “Then we had a fitness challenge, a cooking challenge, a style challenge and a paddle-board race.

The Men’s Health Man will be announced on 31 March.
