Mark Hunt Looking Forward to His Rematch with Fabricio Werdum

UFC Heavyweight contender Mark Hunt is set to face Stipe Miocic this Saturday at UFC Fight Night 65 in Adelaide and cannot wait for his rematch with interim champ Fabricio Werdum.

The former K-1 champ is looking to avenge his loss to Werdum after Saturday’s fight against Miocic. The Kiwi fighter had battled Werdum in New Mexico for the interim heavyweight title and had lost when he got hit in the jaw by Werdum’s knee.

“I’ve never lost a rematch, ever. Even in kickboxing, I’ve always won the rematch, and I’m not gonna lose another one to him, that’s for sure,” the New Zealand mixed martial artist told the Australian MMA outlet.

Mark Hunt is a New Zealand mixed martial artist competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).  “The hardened veteran has earned his divisional stake as a top contender despite retirement calls in 2010” and is currently ranked in the top 5 heavyweight contenders.
